Ingredients:

  • 300g fettuccine or linguine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cubed chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and fully cooked (about 6-8 minutes). Remove from the skillet and set aside.
