Directions:
- Prepare the batter: In a bowl, mix the cornstarch, flour, baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the beaten egg and cold water, whisking until smooth.
- Coat the chicken: Dip each piece of chicken into the batter, ensuring it's fully coated.
- Heat the oil: In a deep pan or fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 180°C (350°F).

- Toss and serve: In a large bowl, toss the crispy chicken with the sweet chilli sauce until evenly coated. Serve immediately with steamed rice or fresh salad.
