Snowman Cake Recipe






       Ingredients

  • 1 round sponge cake (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1 smaller round sponge cake (for the head)

  • 2 cups whipped cream or white frosting

  • Chocolate chips (for eyes and buttons)

  • 1 orange candy or carrot-shaped fondant (for nose)

  • Licorice strings or pretzel sticks (for arms)

  • Mini marshmallows (for decoration around)

  • Red ribbon candy or fondant strip (for scarf)

 How to Make It

  1. Place the large round cake on a serving tray (this is the body).

  2. Place the smaller round cake above it (this is the head). Use frosting to stick them together.

  3. Cover both cakes completely with whipped cream or frosting to make them snowy-white.

  4. Add chocolate chips for eyes, mouth, and buttons.

  5. Place the orange candy/fondant in the center for the carrot nose.

  6. Use licorice or pretzels as arms sticking out from the body.

  7. Wrap the red ribbon candy/fondant strip around the neck as a scarf.

  8. Decorate the plate with mini marshmallows for a snowy effect.
